This is the blog for the UCLA Chicanx Latinx Art and Artists course offered by the Cesar E. Chavez Department of Chicanx Central American Studies (CCAS M175, also Art M184 and World Arts and Cultures M128). Lucero Arlette
I choose Lucero Arlette for my presentation because I looked at some of her paintings and I liked the interesting and delicate designs. I do not know about her and I even did not know any Chicana artist, but learning about her would help me understand about the features of Chicano arts by paying special attention to her and also comparing her with other Chicana artists.
