Hello everyone! My name is Chloe (she/her), I am a WAC major super senior and finish this quarter! I transferred from a community college in Orange County, CA in winter quarter 2020 and had to leave due to the pandemic. So, I was only on campus for about 6 weeks. I have been doing everything online since, and had to choose all online classes for this final quarter due to being denied housing, not being able to afford LA housing, and not wanting to commute 1.5 hours. Currently I am a professional princess for kid's birthday parties and love everything about it (see picture lol).
I became really interested in interior design, and plan to go to grad school for that when I finish. I love combining art and design into my work from different cultures, and feel like it makes an American home even more homey, with America being a melting pot of different cultures and ethnicities. I grew up a few miles away from San Juan Capistrano mission, and have been fascinated with it's beauty and artistry since I was little, and am excited to learn about Chicanx/Latinx art because of it. Cannot wait to share this journey with you all.
