Barbara Carrasco

I chose to do my project on Barbara Carrasco because in the initial research I conducted, she is referred to as a feminist,  did work that was censored multiple times, and worked with the United Farm Workers Movement. All these intial topics sound very interesting and I like that her work has many different forms and materials. 

This piece was done by her and looks very interesting. It is "Pregnant Woman in a Ball of Yarn". I am excited to look deeper into her work.
