I enjoyed learning in this class about different artists. It is very interesting to see the perspectives of others in their art and also the meaning of the painting. Yes the colors may be nice, but the story for why this art was created is also very interesting and something that I learned to appreciate. I'm very glad I got to know my classmates a bit more through their art and stencils. I'm very happy for professor Alma and Paola, they are the best and if I could, I would take another class with them as well (i hope they feel the same way though lol). Although I did not get to present on my artist, which is a bummer, I'm glad that I was able to get in contact with 2! artists. I wish I had the opportunity to share with the class on the insights I got on the artists art! With all this, I am glad that I will have these moments learning about others and use what I have learned in my own art!
