Week 7 Zapata

In Chicanx Graphics in the Digital Age, Zapata talks about the digital revolution in the 1980's that a lot of Chicanx artists participated in. The digital art would be up in Time Square in New York between advertisements. There would be animation and video art that showed consumers boycotting grapes because of the poison in the pesticides that were literally poisoning the workers and crop pickers.
